Winter golf is now firmly set in for the next few months in Britain but the World’s best have gathered in Shanghai for the final World Golf Championship of the year, the WGC HSBC Champions. Going into the weekend 6 of the top 11 on the Leader board are British. Paul Casey leads the British charge in 5th place currently 3 behind the leaders. The other British players involve include World number 2 Lee Westwood, 2010 US Open champion Graeme McDowell, Simon Dyson, Justin Rose and Ian Poulter. US Open Champ Rory McIlroy is aiming to win back to back tournaments and is nicely placed inside the top 20. All this makes for an exciting finish to the Final WGC Event of the Season with a strong field all in contention in China.
